YVO has organized several events focused on art and peace. In these events, YVO explores how visual art can teach conflict resolution and violence prevention to young adolescents. The initiative targets developmental factors in early adolescence (ages 8–14) and demonstrates how art can help young teens develop skills for problem-solving.
Young teens create art in various sizes and forms, expressing their personal visions through visual or written formats.
During and after the activity, participants and community members were encouraged to discuss the importance. This initiative helps build awareness of conflict issues, strengthens community unity.
